After nearly 40 years at Koch, Brad Razook, executive vice president and CEO of Resources, will retire effective January 1, 2025. He will continue to serve on Koch’s board of directors.
After earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas, Brad began his career with Koch in 1985. In his most recent role, Brad has had responsibility for Flint Hills Resources, Guardian Industries, INVISTA, Koch Ag & Energy Solutions, Koch Engineered Solutions, Koch Minerals & Trading, Legal, Environmental, Health & Safety, Human Resources, Communications and Marketing, and Principle Based Management™.

Brad’s retirement will result in additional leadership changes that will also become effective on January 1.
Jeff Ramsey and Mark Luetters have been named new executive vice presidents of Koch, reporting to Koch president and chief operating officer Jim Hannan, and will be responsible for driving transformation and improvements in their respective businesses.
- Ramsey joined Koch in 1990 and has served as president and CEO of Flint Hills Resources since 2017. In this role, the leaders of Flint Hills Resources, INVISTA, Guardian, and Koch Engineered Solutions, as well as Koch's Environmental, Health & Safety capabilities will report to him.
- Luetters joined Koch in 1989 and has served as president of Koch Ag & Energy Solutions and Koch Minerals & Trading since 2018. In this role, the leaders of Georgia-Pacific, Koch Ag & Energy Solutions, and Koch Minerals & Trading will report to him.
Francis Murphy will succeed Ramsey as president and CEO of Flint Hills Resources. Murphy has been with Koch since 1992 and most recently served as INVISTA’s president and CEO.
Brook Vickery will become president and CEO of INVISTA. Vickery has been with Koch for more than 30 years and most recently served as INVISTA’s senior vice president of operations.
Scott McGinn will become president of Koch Fertilizer. McGinn joined Koch in 1997 and was most recently executive vice president of Koch Fertilizer.
Scott Root will become president of Koch Methanol. Root has been with Koch since 1994 and served most recently as senior vice president, methanol supply and optimization of Koch Methanol.
