“Becoming a Principle-Driven Leader,” a new book from Koch Chairman and co-CEO Charles Koch and his son, Chase Koch, executive vice president of origination and partnerships, is now available. The release of the book also coincides with the launch of a new AI learning tool, Principle Companion.
For more than 60 years, Charles has worked to grow Koch into one of the largest private companies in the world through experimentation, failure, continual learning and seeking out mutually beneficial results by creating value for others.

The book presents the principles through real stories of business and personal transformation in a way that’s simple and easy to understand. “To sit down with my father, put pen to paper and go deeper into the stories of what built Koch — all the failures and transformations — has been the most important project of my life,” Chase said.
Working together allowed them to bring their varying perspectives and skills to the table. Their different strengths and perspectives made the collaboration richer and produced a more valuable resource than either could have created alone.
