Applying for jobs
Any applicant who, because of disability, needs accommodation or assistance in completing this application or at any time during the application process may request assistance by contacting support. Koch companies are equal opportunity employers and provide equal opportunity to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to color, race, religion, gender or gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, citizenship, ethnicity, age, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, genetic information, or other legally protected factors.
You can search and apply for jobs on our job portal. When you’ve found a job you’re interested in, click the job title to view the full job description. Then, click "apply now" and you’ll be led through the application process.
Once a job application has been submitted, it cannot be edited. If you would like to make edits to your profile information, please sign in to your Candidate Profile and click "Edit About Me."
First Time Applicants: During the application process, you will be asked to apply using the following three options: "From Computer", "Copy & Paste", or "Without Resume." If you click the "From Computer" option, browse your device to upload your document(s) in one of the accepted file formats. If you click the "Copy & Paste" option, a dialogue box will open for you to insert text. If you select the "Without Resume" option, a new page opens that will allow you to manually input your information. You may also link your LinkedIn or Indeed profile to apply.
Existing Accounts: If you previously applied for a role through our website with an uploaded resume and/or document(s), your documentation is saved to your personal profile. Once you are logged in to your account, if you need to upload an updated resume or include additional documentation, navigate to the "Your Information" page and scroll down to the "Attachments" section. Then, click on "Choose File" and browse your device to upload your updated documentation.
When uploading resumes, documents and attachments, the following are preferred and accepted formats: .doc, .docx or .pdf. Before submitting, verify your document is not password protected and does not exceed 30MB.
To withdraw an application you've submitted, first log in to your Candidate Profile. Once logged in, your application(s) and status(es) will be displayed on your profile page along with a link to withdraw. Simply click the "Withdraw my application" hyperlink and provide a brief reason for your withdrawal prior to submitting. Keep in mind, once you withdraw, you will not be able to reapply to the same role.
Unfortunately, we do not accept emailed resumes. During the application process, you will be asked to upload your resume. We accept most file formats, including PDF and Word. If you haven't found a role you'd like to apply to yet, don't worry! You can upload your resume through our Talent Community, so it's ready when you are.
Just follow the same application steps as non-employees. Visit our job portal, find a job you're interested in and click the job title to view the full job description. Then, click "apply now" and you’ll be led through the application process.
All legitimate open job listings can be found in our job portal and require all candidates to submit an application to be considered for employment. You can view our open job opportunities here. We do not request any form of payment or confidential financial information during the application or recruitment process.
Recruitment fraud is a tactic used to deceive jobseekers by posing as a representative of a business offering employment. They may use fraudulent websites, job listings, or emails to steal personal information or request payments from unsuspecting candidates. These practices are in direct opposition to our principles and may go against local and federal laws.
Creating a profile
On June 25, 2023, Koch and its companies launched their new careers website. Due to this, all previous candidate usernames and passwords need to be recreated. To do so, hover your computer mouse over “Log In” located at the top right hand corner of the website. A drop-down menu will appear, then select “Candidate Portal”. After you click, follow the prompts through the “Create an account” button.
If you’re creating a new username or password that isn’t being accepted by the system, please verify you’re meeting the necessary criteria. If you previously created an account, your username is your email address. If you’ve forgotten your password, follow the "Forgot Password?" prompts on the Candidate Profile login page. If you’ve tried all available options and problems persist, contact us.
To check if you already have an online profile, go to Log In, select Candidate Profile, and follow the "Forgot Password?" prompts. If you've forgotten which email address was used for your username and you regularly use more than one, try entering multiple email addresses to see if any are attached to an existing profile. Note that only one email address can be attached to one profile. Therefore, we ask that you do not create multiple profiles for yourself with different email addresses, if possible.
Once you log in to your Candidate Profile, you’ll have the ability to update your profile and contact information. Simply click "Edit About Me", update as needed and click "Save."
Log in to your Candidate Profile using the original email. Then click "Edit About Me", scroll to the "Contact Information" section of the new page, and update your Primary email address to one that you have access to. Click "Save" prior to closing out the window.
The system requires an entry in this field. If you do not have a given name (first name) or a family name (second name), please enter a period (".") into the field.
If you’d like your data permanently removed from the system, please contact us.
