How we hire
Across Koch, we look for people who can live out Our Values first, then we see how their skills and abilities can create value for our teams and companies. Our hiring process is designed to get to know your strengths, your motivations and how you think.
Search our job listings. Once you find and select the right role for you, click "Apply Now." You’ll be guided through an easy-to-navigate online application. Have a resume handy, as you may be prompted to upload it.
This is your chance to learn about the role and for us to find out more about you. We'll consider how you and your skills, knowledge and experience align with opportunities across Koch.
Your interview could take place on-site, virtually or a combination of the two. Whatever the format, be sure to read our tips (below) to ace your interview before your big day.
Once you’ve completed your interviews, the recruiter, interviewers and hiring manager will meet to discuss and evaluate candidates. You’ll be notified of our decision as quickly as possible.
Tips to ace your interviews
We want you to succeed and have a great interview experience. Here are some pointers to help indicate what we’re looking for.
Some companies focus primarily on a candidate’s skills when hiring. We focus first on Our Values when evaluating how you could contribute in the role.
Sure, we’ll ask a lot of questions. But please come equipped with your own so we can gauge each other’s expectations, goals and abilities.
Be prepared to tell stories. We want to hear straight from you how you’ve worked through situations and challenges, and what the outcomes have been.
Don’t stress. Take a few deep breaths, relax and show us your best self.
Do your research. Dress confidently. Be on time. Be you. Show your potential new team members how your strengths align with the role.
