Ray Geoffroy is senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary of Koch and president of the Legal Division of Koch Capabilities, where he leads a global team of attorneys and professionals providing legal, compliance, strategic communications, government and public affairs, policy and regulatory support to Koch companies.  

Ray's career with Koch began in 2005 at INVISTA, where he served as vice president, general counsel and secretary. During this time, Ray was responsible for overseeing the company's public sector capability, including INVISTA's legal, government relations, corporate communications and public affairs teams across the globe. Ray has also served in various other capacities within the litigation and compliance groups for INVISTA and Koch.  

He serves on the board of directors of Flint Hills Resources; Guardian Industries; Infor; INVISTA; and Koch Government Affairs and is a member of the Compliance and Ethics Committees for Koch and several of its subsidiaries. Beyond his primary responsibilities at Koch, Ray also proudly serves as a board member for Stand Together Chamber of Commerce, a nonprofit founded by Charles Koch to assist with philanthropic activities across the country.  

Ray earned a bachelor's degree at the University of Richmond and a juris doctor degree with distinction from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia.
