More than 245 Koch employees volunteered during the 2025 Season of Giving.
For more than 30 years, Koch employees have helped brighten the holidays for Wichita families through partnerships with local community organizations. This year, Koch is proud to partner with the Salvation Army and Simply Hygiene.
The Salvation Army’s Angel Tree campaign aims to bring the joy of Christmas morning to as many children as possible. Koch employees provided gifts for more than 900 Angels this season.
Caleb Limes is an INVISTA employee who helped select gifts for several Angels. He said he’s grateful that Koch enables these kinds of opportunities to make a difference in the community.
“It’s as simple as signing up,” he said. “I think we have all the spots filled up this year. It’s very competitive, everyone wants to give.”
Koch’s Season of Giving campaign also provides employees with the opportunity to donate to Simply Hygiene — an organization that focuses on distributing hygiene products to those in need, as these items are not typically covered by government assistance. Koch employees donated more than 26,000 items. About 245 employees donated their time and resources to the Angel Tree and Simply Hygiene campaigns this year.
“Koch supports employees in finding fulfillment both at work and in the community, encouraging them to share their heart and passion beyond the workplace,” said Shea Griffin, Koch community affairs manager.
